Late policy

There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule and pay another booking fee. I know stuff happens, but please text me if you think you will be late.

Booking Fees

A booking fee is required to book all appointments. It secures your time slot and ensures you are serious about your appointment. The fee will go towards the full cost of the service. If you reschedule your appointment, you will have to pay another booking fee to book a service. No exceptions.

Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE

Previous work / corrections

I take previous work on a limited basis and am very particular about who I take on. You must email me clear, well lit photos of old tattoos and get approval from me BEFORE you proceed to book an appointment. It doesn’t matter how old they are. Price may vary depending on the extent of correction. If you do not send me photos of your previously tattooed brows, you run the risk of losing your booking fee and being turned away.

Waivers and Forms

You must complete all necessary waivers and forms before your appointment. Please ensure you have a valid photo ID or Passport with you.

Please don't consume alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment as this is a blood thinner and could potentially result in me stopping your procedure and you will have to reschedule your appointment and pay another deposit.

If you no call/no show, you will be charged the full amount of the missed service! It is very important that you make arrangements and be respectful of my time.
